Grammatical Language Intervention Research Study

We are looking for children with language impairment between the ages of 5 and 8 years to participate in a treatment research study focused on grammatical forms. As part of this study, your child’s language and problem-solving abilities will be tested and your child will receive up to 64 treatment sessions.

To qualify, your child must:

  • Have significant weaknesses in language development;
  • Have typical cognitive development; and
  • Only speak English

The research study requires two testing sessions and 64 treatment sessions and 4 follow-up sessions. You and your child will be compensated a total of $300 for your time.  Sessions can take place at the University of Minnesota or we can come to you.
